These people are scum, Whatever you do, Do not do business with them . I do not know why AAA continues to give them business. They will have you waiting for well over an hour for them. My advise to everybody when you call AAA ask them to make notes on the computer stating that you Do NOT WANT ANY BUISNESS WITH Lions TOWING . and AAA will do that . Lion's towing had me waiting for well over an hour, knew I didn't have keys to my 2013 chevy suburban that needed to be towed to the dealership before 5 PM and still sent the wrong tow truck out . The driver said "oh I have to call another driver out" got in his truck and drove off when I called to question it I was told they were aware of the problem but sent that tow truck out anyway just because it was the closes one out but they weren't sure how much longer before the other tow truck would be . People save your self the aggravation and just go with someone else. Sadly to say my truck did not make it to the dealership until 7 PM and it will not be ready until the next day . I still do not know what time . this has made me miss my great aunts awake and more than likely funeral services tomorrow morning which will be taking place in Los Angeles at 9 AM :( Thanks a lot you worthless towing company (LIONS TOWING)
