With at least 15 years of experience in the moving industry, I decided it was time to start my own company after the pandemic. I came to Columbus in 2019. I would hear horror stories from the customers I was providing services to as they recalled past experiences. Movers that never showed up, last-minute cancellations, hours late, and they didn’t have any customer service. This prompted me to take charge and establish Lift with A Twist LLC on May 2, 2022. The only way to motivate change is to be a part of that change, and I want to change the moving experience. Relocating shouldn’t be a nightmare. Moving is stressful enough. When customers book with us my goal is for them to be able to relax and know that they are in the hands of professionals. I want to enhance the moving experience for the individual while serving central Ohio and surrounding areas.
