Unfortunately, I don't have anything positive to say about this company. My mother signed a contract and made a 25% downpayment on a sunroom in June of this year. It is now November and work still hasn't begun. No materials have been delivered. The company is very slow to return calls and we keep getting told work will start any day. We got so frustrated that we asked to cancel the contract, but were told that materials had already been ordered. However when we spoke to another person in the office, we were told that wasn't true. The company hasn't been forthcoming and we are now ready to file a complaint with the city and the better business bureau.

I'm writting today to tell all of Northeast Florida about a wonderful company called Lifetime Enclosures. We had them build our florida room and they done a great job! This company keep us up to date on each step of the project and was always there for any questions or concerns we had. All of thier employees that came to our home were very professional and keep our property clean at all times. If you are thinking of having a lifetime of beauty added to your home I recomend you call Lifetime Enclosures. Were glad we did.

Just wanted to say from the start to the finish I was always informed about the job status and everyone from the front office to the crew was outstanding! The installers took every aspect into consideration and the outcome of my room was spectacular. I would recommend Lifetime to anybody and especially the 2 crew members that worked on my room - Outstanding Job!!
