On Tuesday March 27th, I put in a sewer claim with American Water Resources for which I have a contract with through the DEP. They sent over their local contractor, Liberty Water and Sewer, to my house to perform sewer work, unclogging it. The technician used a water hose and had to get down to the basement. In order to do so, he had to pass by my car, a 2018 Chevy Malibu, parked in the pad in front of my house. The car did not even have 40 miles on the odometer. I observed the hose draped over the hood of my car but since it was dark already I couldn't see any damage. It wasn't until the next day I noticed scratches along the left side of the car and across my hood where the technician placed the hose. Instead of placing the hose on the ground, he ran it across my brand new car. The damage starts on the rear left body panel, continues over the 2 left door panels, over the front left body panel and across the hood - a total of 5 body panels that now needed $2400 in repair work to restore them. I sent the explanation to them and to AWR with the photos and repair bill and Liberty Water and Sewer ignored me. I did get a call from AWR but nothing came of the call and they are ignoring me now.

Only choose these guys if you don't mind disrespecting your neighbors. Jackhammering at 8 AM on a Saturday morning when people are trying to sleep. Rude workers with no respect to start at a reasonable time.

I ended up having a broken water main which flooded my sidewalk. After making various calls with different contractors, i landed on Liberty. Within a short amount of time, Kenneth came to my house at night we signed the contract at a very reasonable price. The next day a few guys came in time, finished the job professionally and cleaned the street as if nothing happened. These guys were very honest, nice and sympathetic. Thank you guys and thank you Mike for doing a great job. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

They are so rude and hostile. I am sure they are used to people complaining about the noise they make on jobs, but I was only asking what their work schedule was to prepare myself. I live accross the street from a current project of theirs in Brooklyn and was woken up at 7am to the loud sound of a jackhammer. I don't work a conventional 9-5, so 7am is pretty early for me. Nethertheless, I understand work has to start early. Apparently asking a question merits a heavy does of verbal abuse and a hostile tone. These guys are jerks.

They responded to my call in the middle of the night, and replaced my water main and pumped out my basement. They were Fast, honest, and reliable. I would recomend them to anyone!

i had 5 estimates and they werent the cheapest but they were the nicest people . They did quailty work and really went the extra mile best experience with a contractor in a long time

they responed to my house which had a flooded basement they pumped and cleaned entire place then camerad line and fixed only what needed to be fixed its great to see their are still honest people around
