I called at 6 am to have a cab at 6:30. At 6:35, I called back and they said they don't think they will have a cab in the area... They were just going to leave me standing in the cold and rain until when??? I don't understand why they couldn't let me know this during my original phone call, or at least give me a call back to make other arrangements. Yellow Cab came through for me.
