They are very knowledgeable and always have patience with helping me out testing my water to re-check what I did, and assures me that my water is ok. If I should need something I am guided in the right direction, and I learn things to take excellent care of my new pool. They take their job seriously. It gets busy in there so once in a while you may have to have patience and wait. It is worth the wait. I will rely on their help throughout the years to maintain my pool. They also carry primo products which makes me feel comfortable that I will be servicing my pool with the best.
