I called about a free estimate, which they advertise. He couldn't give me a solid answer, which i understand that's not always possible. I was told to call back to confirm an appointment for Thursday,Oct.9,2014.I made several calls and left messages with my number to call me so we could have my plumbing problem taken care of, which yes, was an emergency. He not only did not call me back,but he did not show up. Don't waste your time...find someone who is willing to keep their word and give you help when it's needed. A plumbing problem that is left unchecked will only cost you more damage and more money too fix. They were not only unprofessional,but unreliable.
