When my handicaped mother broke down on I 495 in marlborough Lands was dispatched by the state police to assist her. When the driver arrived on scene he was extremely rude when addressing her, provided no assistance in helping her climb into the truck and sat in the drivers seat rudely gesturing for her to get in the truck when the doors are locked. When she arrived at the facility they price had increased from what she was orrigionaly told by $35. She explained she only had $ 115 on her but her mother was on the way and would make up the difference. They said it was unnacceptable they needed full payment and she needed to vacate the property because they were not technicaly open on saturdays. They were trying to force her into being droped off at another location without allowing her to attemt to contact the ride she had already arranged for to pick her up at their address. Finaly the truck driver threw her his phone and told her to call her ride while they were on their way to the other location. She was unnable after a few attempts to contact her ride and demanded the truck dribver bring her back tyo the tow yard. After arriving back at the yard she over heard someone else in the facility acting extreamly angry over her situation and acting as if she were causing them difficulties. When her ride finaly did arrive her bill had increased from $117 to $280. They claim it was due to all the running asround they had to do for her. If they hadent tried to force her off the property before her ride arrived they would have avoided much of the running arround they did. If they are unabler to accomidate a customer on a saturday maybe they should extract themselves from the state police contact list. The only reason there is a star illuminated is because I cannot submit unless I star rate they do not provide an option for negative star ratings.
