The people were very rude and not cooperative to me in a situation where I had totaled my truck days before Christmas and did not seem to care about anything but my money (which was way more than an average tow and store.

I broke down at a busy intersection on Hwy 316...He was there to pick up another customer and immediately attended to my needs as well. Very accommodating.
