Had my brakes and rotors did roughly 2 months ago. Had to have the brakes changed 3 times due to faulty brakes. I recently 2 days ago had to slam on brakes so i wouldn't hit someone because the brakes would not stop heard a loud grinding noise brought my car there and the manager states they can't find do anything about it and If i bring my car somewhere else and they fix the brakes just bring him back his brakes and he will give me my money back. Hmmm I just paid you $500 why would i bring my car somewhere else why don't you dix the problem and stop giving people cheap pads and rotors and than don't want to own up to your fault
