GREAT COMPANY. GREAT PRODUCTS. GREAT SERVICE!!! I called to get a new windshield. They answered all my questions. Gave me a very competitive price and come to my work to install while I was working. I would recommend them to all my friends and family or anyone looking for glass products.

Good price, but bad customer service. The first time they replaced my windshield, it leaked air and made horribly loud noises driving down the highway. Tried to call and get it fixed, but had a hard time getting a hold of them on the phone. Once we did, we made an appointment to take our vehicle to the location to get it fixed, but the guy "forgot" to meet us. When we tried to call and get a hold of them to see where we should take it, nobody answered the phone. After driving around KC to a different location, we finally got somebody to look at it. We had to make another appointment for them to come fix it. They had to take it out and put it back in and reseal it. After that, is started leaking water under the dash. Some guy finally came out to look at it and resealed an area. After all of our troubles, all they offered was a $50 gas card. At least it's something, but I was not at all pleased with their service and I would not recommend them to anybody.

Friendly office staff, great service. Have used Kryger Glass several times and it is a pleasure to business every single time.
