Kitchen and Bath Builders were truly amazing to work with. I was nervous about the kitchen remodel that included removing a load bearing wall and reconfiguring the lay out of my kitchen. From the first meeting I knew K&B were honest, trustworthy and qualified to take on a big remodel. The quality of work was impeccable. From the designer, which I refer to as their secret weapon was insightful in helping me with design choices and kitchen layout options! They finished the project on-time, actually earlier than I anticipated, on budget and did exactly what they promised and more. I can’t thank Kitchen & Bath Builders enough for the wonderful experience! I will always go back for future home renovations and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for honest, professional, and talented contractors.

Quality/Workmanship

The quality of materials and workmanship were all top-notch. The countertop, cabinets, tile, and fixtures were all premium quality. The workmanship is also top quality. We have used the bathrooms for a few days without any issues. The grout lines are sharp and well defined. The cabinets and fixtures all function properly. The end product was just like the renderings we received at the beginning of the project.

Customer Service

From start to finish, the customer service was very good. The KBB team was responsive and communicated regularly with us.

The design process was a quick, painless experience. The KBB design philosophy was to present complimentary materials at our home. This allowed us to see the samples in our own bathroom.

Like any remodeling project, there were some unforeseen circumstances. In our case, the cabinet supplier shipped the incorrect color. The KBB team offered to paint the cabinets and did a great job. KBB kept the project moving and prevented the project from being delayed excessively.

Price

KBB offers a very competitive price for the level of service and workmanship they provide. We received bids from another firm, and KBB’s came in lower.
