So these guys towed my vehichle approximately .1 mile and maybe had it in there lot for a hole 5 minutes and were complete and blatantly rude when I called asking how much it would cost and tells me right at the first it's 100$ and your lucky I'm letting you off real easy. Not very good business etiquette in my opinion.

I have been here twice, 3 times after tomorrow. Had a '87 accord, rear vertical strut snapped on the way home from work. They towed it Saturday afternoon I believe, been a couple years since. They were prompt and managed a super attitude. Towed it bout 20 miles to their shop and had it fixed by Monday afternoon. So 1/2 a biusness day, they charged me about $200. Including tow, labor and parts. Not sure the cost of the part but the tow anywhere else would have been near that and a serious pain to work on I'm sure. 2nd visit- I needed complete new set of brakes (rode without pads fer quite a while, ha ha) and a safety inspection. Left it over night and when I returned I was informed they had not done anything to it, of I was immediately upset until they informed me that in order for my car to pass inspection it would cost about $2K (if ya saw the car you wouldn't be suprised). Believe total price was bout $200 including a 20mile tow on a Saturday. 2nd-needed new brakes, rotars and saftey inspection. Inspection was done first (very smart) found numerous!! fails on my poorly maintained '87 accord and notified me that all maintance needed to pass inspection would be very expensive (more than I paid for my car and what it was worth combined) held my car for free for a day, did not repair the brakes as had asked, which would have been a complete waste of money and charged me a total of like $10 fer completing the inspection and giving me a detailed list of what would need to be done and an estimate. Super! Cutomer service. Feel as if he has my best intrests in mind. Even gave me advice on buyin a car, as far as what ones were cheaper to maintain (cheap parts) and which were easier to work on so I had a better chance of doin it myself.
