Today, I had a 7:30 AM appointment scheduled for a tune-up; rather than honor the appointment made a week prior, the staff thought it more expedient to unapologetically CLEAN THE SHOP while I waited. By 8:30 AM, I had had enough and decided to leave, to which I was offered a half-assed apology from the shop manager, stating the technician was "about to" pull my car in for service when I decided to leave. (So, having an appointment, and knowing I was waiting, weren't sufficient reasons to have the technician pull my vehicle in for service, only my refusal to continue waiting was?!) Needless to say, the level of DISRESPECT shown to me as a customer has resulted in the loss of my business, as I will NEVER use, nor recommend, Kings Bay Tire & Service again! Some 'southern hospitality"!

Staff is very polite but the vehicle service quality is very lax. I am a firm believer in the 3 strike system. First, they severely stripped one of the studs on my wheel hub, second they improperly balanced my tires by more than 5 grams on every tire, and finally they left my oil fill cap off, causing oil to spray all over my engine compartment. I will not be returning here.
