Don't even think about renting from them... You can't win. I paid my rent on time every month until the month of July. I turned rebellious due to the disgusting issues of sewer backing-up into both bathtubs and both toilets. They said they wouldn't fix until I paid July rent which at the time it was only July 3rd and it's against the law for them to withhold maintenance services. By July 15th I received an eviction notice! Wow, really? I called the City of Mesquite. The inspector gave them 24 hours to get a plumber out there or he would start writing citations. The plumber came out, which is most likely a friend of their's... all the sewer had drained by then and the plumber said he need the back-up to happen again, so he can really evaluate it 'cause right now it's draining fine. Huh?! I have pics of the sewer if anyone's interested. This is my first time writing a review.... When I first moved into this house, I was so excited! Relocated from my hometown to be here and now.....I'm looking for a new place with a bad rental history because of this company. Potential Renters.... Please be aware King Realty.... You will regret it. I do.

I would rate this place with no stars but I do not have the option. Long story short, they do not care about their tenants as long as they pay their rent. I have a ton of things that need to be fixed in the condo I am renting from them and they refuse to fix them, things that were promised to be fixed within the first month of living here. It has now been 6-7 months and nothing is fixed. Beware, I do not recommend and will not be staying with them.
