I loved that I was able to book through the website. I got a quick response back of product availability.

I have used King Kong Party Rentals once before, and I was overly please with the selection and the service.

I will definitely will be renting from them again for my upcoming birthday party this month!

Website is easy to navigate and reservations and confirmations are a breeze. Been very responsive to any questions I had. Great customer service!

poor customer service!!!!!! I called the number and the guy on the phone answered all my questions politely and was very informative! he told me to go online and fill out the quote form... no problem. I filled out the form sunday around 3 and never heard back. so I emailed them Tuesday around 10 to see if they had received my form. they responded with a email saying that they could not service me because I lived in an apartment (which I don't) I live in a townhome and have a front yard big enough to hold the moonwalk. I told them this and never heard back from them, I called 2 times and was sent straight to voice mail. I left a message never to hear from them again. I think these people might be allergic to money. will never use or recommend these people to anyone

We used a big bounce house/slide combo for my daughters second birthday. The kids loved it and so did the adults (after the party of course). It was in great condition, they were early for drop off and late for pickup (which we didn't mind) and they cleaned it when they dropped it off, so you know it is sanitized. At first I wasn't crazy about the idea of not being able to speak with someone on the phone, but they were always real prompt with e-mail replies and I felt confident in their service before and now that I will be using them again.

Competitive prices and no deposit fee, are not replacements for professionalism and courtesy qualities that were not given to my family and friends.

I have used King Kong Party Rentals for my son's birthday parties for three years now. I love the package deals the offer as well as the discounts. Even without a discount King Kong Party Rentals is affordable and gives you your money's worth. I recommend them to everyone and have not seen a company that beats their prices yet!!

King Kong Party Rentals showed up early to set up the bounce house and tables and chairs. They wiped everything down and showed me how to work the bounce house and popcorn machine, ensuring we would have a great party. We will definitely be using them for events in the future.

Quick and easy. Delivered and picked up in a timely manner and good quality product. We ordered the 3 in 1 bouncy castle had ages 1 through 6 enjoy it thoroughly. We will be ordering from them again in the future.

We had a great experience renting from Kong Party Rentals. Their staff was professional, courteous and answered all of our questions quickly.

I finally found an ethical, fast, and trusted moonwalk firm with competitive prices! We booked several moonwalks for an event just a few days before the event and these people delivered. They were on time, they were professional, and truly went the extra mile as we figured out the best spots for each moonwalk. They found outlets and the moonwalks were set up quickly. At the end of the event, they came back and picked up everything quickly and effectively (even though the field was pitch black at that time). Thank you so much King King Party Rentals!! I will be using you again for my son's birthday party in March!

We ordered a bounce house and were very pleased with the service King Kong Party Rentals provided. The customer service was excellent and the delivery times were accurate. We even got to have the bounce house for extra time at no charge! The kids really enjoyed that ;) We will be using them again in the future!

Extremely fast replies! Set-up is easy and done in a timely manner. Everything is done for you from set-up to take down. So all you have to do it enjoy. Jump houses are very clean so not afraid for little ones to roll around and play also.

Great experience! Delivered on time, clean, and very nice guys! Loved the snow cone machine - it was a hit with the kids!!! Bounce house was perfect for three year olds. Definitely will use again!

King Kong Party Rentals is great. They provide the product as advertised on the website and then some. Very pleased with the reservation process through pick up. On-time drop off, very clean and well-maintained equipment and timely pickup. We are repeat customers and our children's parties are the talk of the school. We are moving from the dunk tank (an all time favorite) to the 16' water slide which we have been told is a blast. Also rented the sno cone machine with all the supplies (except ice). It was in great shape and the kids loved it.

The company's automated system had a higher price then their website. It took them a while to respond but they did honor the lower price as listed on their home page without any argument. There was a delivery fee added that was not in the original quote but it was in line with their online policy.



After I made this review they had sent me a series of emails complaining about how I worded the review. They tried to get me to change how it was written and felt that the fact they did not provide the delivery fee in the original quote would come across like they were hiding something.

We feel that if there are misinterpretations this early that it will set the stage for issues later.

Therefore to avoid potential for problems for both parties we are conscious and are providing you with ample time to allocate your party rental needs elsewhere.

So because they did not like the review they have cancelled my order which had previously been confirmed and received a confirmation number.



I had even informed them that I would add to the review once the event happened so I could add about the quality of their service.



I would avoid these people at all cost as they are truly not a professional organization. They tried repeatedly to pressure me to alter the wording of my review and I did a few times. I was not however going to lie to make them happy.



There are more than an ample number of these types of businesses in Houston...choose a more reputable one. They have left me a week away from the event for my daughter with no dunk tank and no bounce house. Now her birthday and celebration of her bone marrow transplant will likely be derailed because of them trying to bully someone into writing a review that was worded the way THEY want it written.
