So they claim to be open 24 hours 7 days a week. Had a plumbing issue since last night. Have called 10 times and left multiple messages with no answer or call back. Clearly a poorly run company. I do not recommend. Use a real professional plumber

The women who answers the phone is the owner of the business. She is extremely rude and very unprofessional, of course, When I called the first time to have her tech come out she was as nice as could be but once they were here her attitude changed. I could write a story book of what i just went though with this company. But i am not going to do that all i can say is ...Please my only suggestion is call any other company with good ratings on line, take it from me.. Dont use them!

Used this company to install a faucet last year; they were fast, accurate w/arrival time and reasonable in price. I will call them again TODAY for some drain cleaning :)

The plumber came out to fix a leak. The plumber did not have the part so he went to home depot on South Side to get the part even though we had two home depot closer. They charged us 238.00 most of it on labor (which included going to the store) When I complained to the office they said that was how they did things. When I called the owner he said he would fix another problem and make up for the charge have not heard from him yet. The job was done on Thursday. Avoid these people there are more honest plumbers out there. The job took 30 minutes and we were charged for two hours. Will never use them again and have more work to have done but they are not on my list. When I asked if they were members of the better business bureau they said that was just a scam and not worth the membership. Yeah I see why these guys don't want to join. Stay away from these guys.

Kimball and Ray repiped my home and replaced my water heater. The workers came and were polite and jumped right on the job. They completed the work they proposed they would do in the amount of time they said it would take. I would recommend Kimball and Ray to anyone, and would call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

The technician came out and snaked our drain but told us the main swer drain had roots in it and that we would have to have the yard dug up and have the pipe replaced; however, he had no clue where the pipe was in the yard. He never suggested using a video monitor and locator.



Also, he said his boss would come out to the house (we would not have to be there) and leave us an written estimate that week. They never came and have never called us back.



The service he provided was satisfactory for the job he did but we will not use them again.

Woke up to the sound of water running and found I had some busted pipes. Called Kimball and Ray and they told me what time to expect them and there they were. They jumped on it and charged a fair price
