Ken’s Tree Service, Inc. of Tarpon Springs, FL 34688 did a commendable job! They were timely, efficient, friendly, professional at all times, considerate, and steadily hard-working. Absolutely, we highly recommend this team and will hire them again, ourselves, because of their expertise in handling this massive job quickly – they tackled a number of very tough issues in tight spaces –cutting, trimming, and clearing (beautifully) major overgrown trees and hedges that had grown to unsightly levels, causing major leaf shedding (and warranting our constant raking/blowing of driveway and sidewalk) and issues from leaves all over the roof, in gutters (roof-clearings were a regular task!), and on grounds against some areas of walls of siding, esp. in back. TWO very large Ficus trees in front by road…removed in full! and stumps ground 6” below grade and mounds, area flattened, all debris cleared and removed expertly! ONE even larger Ficus tree also in front by road…topped to existing cuts (arborist used his judgment) taking it down to appx. 2/3 original height! in order to groom into an “ornamental.” LONG HEDGE overgrown, Viburnum along full side of house…topped to just below roof line, and cut inward as well into a more manageable, boxier shape! HUGE Live Oak, lowest 12” diameter limb entering and overhanging our front yard from across the street…taken down! HUGE 30" diameter Rosewood in back – its lowest 10" diameter limb AND ANOTHER 10" diameter limb close to house…both taken down, and divers from existing main trunk were elevated to 15' over roof! OTHER Oak limbs overhanging driveway and left side of house roof…trimmed, for a beautiful result – cleaner, more open look. Overall, the work took 10 years off the look of our grounds and home! Team arranged for utilities to be marked for stump grinding for no additional cost to us. Price was reasonable. Our only small complaint was a few shattered stones in back (patio), which we had to purchase and replace. This is the ONLY reason I considered not giving the team 5 stars, but really, they get 4.99999 stars ... close enough to 5! because who would expect massive tree limbs to be cut from high above with zero effects to stones below!?! That would be unrealistic. All debris was cleared and the team even cleaned all surfaces for a perfect finish, including the street in front of our house, the driveway, and the sidewalk all the way up to and including the front porch! They will start by a professional walk through with video and “guesstimate” followed by sending that to you in writing, with a detailed itemized list of work to be done and specific costs of each task. They hold to their promises, deliver, and perform beyond expectations! Exceptional! Impressive! Masterful! Artistic! Spectacular work! Please hire this team if you want a big job done right!
