Provided by YP.comTechnicians came out for 3 service calls on Maytag, same issue, never resolved, one of the two technicians behaved as if he were inconvenienced to be there, did not really look at issue of unit not getting cold enough - seemed to throw an attempt to fix. Third visit, after two previous fails to resolve, tech told us to rearrange the freezer content (I was told by Maytag that one way to test coldness was placing ice cream in freezer.) We showed the technicians each time the ice cream was liquid enough to pour. When warm weather started the refrigerator also could not stay cold enough to keep food, our cheese was oily like I had left it on the counter. The 3rd visit was on a Friday, tech stated to rearrange the food and call them if it didn't work, on Saturday I had food spoiling, I called the store and they told us first next appointment was on Tuesday (although their tech put us off giving us lazy information). The receptionist was indifferent to the issue and stated she would not even try to find an appointmet Monday as they were booked up. I called Maytag to get a different company to come out.
