We used them last fall. Brandon Kelly came by, we discussed the plan to put more top soil and hydroseed. Since we had already had bad experience with a landscaping company, I asked him what they would do if we see no grass. He agreed to come back and seed it until we see the grass! Everything went very smoothly until the time they did the intial work and got paid.



Once the seed started to germinate, we noticed that we didnt see much grass and there were some bare patches. The grass seed can wash around with the rain so it was apparently expected. I called them repeatedly and got no response. I tried to reach him everyday for two weeks but no one called me. At this point, my husband had to put a stop payment to just get a phone call back from them. In that call Brandon promised to come back in the spring and put more seed down in the bare patches.



Come March, I have been calling for two weeks when on one instance (I think I ended up calling from a number they didnt have) he answered. He told me to call back around March 26th and put down a date to put more seed. I have been calling since and I have heard nothing. After 10 calls, 4 messages, and days and days of waiting- nothing.



If you do work with them and things do not work out fine then you may need some copious free time for all the followups and eventually end up having to find someone else and pay them more money. Just wanted to share this with all of you so no one else faces similar troubles.



I have rarely had a poor experience with a local person thus I went with them but not this one.
