Worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. They would not listen to us about what was wrong with the car and told us to call back every two hours for several days. After three days they finally ran a diagnostic and it told them what we had originally informed them of. They told us to take it somewhere else, and then held the car hostage until we paid them for not fixing the car. They would not take payment over the phone (just to be jerks) and made us drive over two hours to leave us having to take care of it ourself.

This company is the best broke down in North Carolina on my way to Florida had a company named C&C tow and work on my car they totally ripped me of for a sensor that they broke and charged me $ 400. K-land picked me up from a hotel picked up my truck from the other place and worked on my truck these guys were great they went above and beyond helping me in anyway they could. Hopefully you don't brake down but if you do on you way to somewhere away from home and not sure who to use in Lumberton NC have them help you out they are the best. Thanks Again Janal

I USED to trust the work done at K-land tires but after my most recent experience I would NEVER go back there. After charging us $500+ for a repair we were told would cost >200 and two months of waiting on what they said would take a week, we got our van back with major problems. They put our engine back together wrong and caused it to leak 4 qts of oil in less than a half hour, the window is broken and there is a dent! Now they refuse to fix it in a timely fashion. Two more days and they haven't even looked at my van, but they will not refund my money until the problem is fixed or give me a timeframe or admit that when they took apart my engine it caused the problems its having now. Now I am continuing to pay more expenses for a rental and they have my van and my money. From what should have been a simple inexpensive problem I have spent 3x more due to their slow work already!! Never again though. I recommend: find a trustworthy mechanic!
