Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The tow truck driver, Josh, was awesome! He called me to confirm he would be at my location in approximately 30 minutes and he was there right on time. He definitely knew what he was doing in regards to safely getting my car on and off the roll-back. He was very polite and a genuinely nice guy!! I highly recommend them!

Terrible service. Called for a tow through road side service and set an apptoinment time 2 hours in advance. Tow truck was a no show. When called no explanation given was told it would be about 30 more minutes

This company failed to tell me about the $80 hookup fee or the $35 labor fee. My tow from 20th and Broadway to 14th and Pearl cost $118. Ridiculous!!! Please save yourself from being ripped off, as this business specializes in overcharging clients.

John's Towing, Michelle, Richard, and John,

For having to go to my house three times to tow my car, and not charging me for it.I felt so bad.

It's stressful enough when you have car problems, let alone having to find someone reliable to tow your car.

I had a front wheel situation. John the driver was so kind. I really appreciated his patience for taking the time to explain the risks and damage that could occur to the car while trying to hook it up without the wheel.

My car was safely picked up and delivered to the destination requested.

Everyone was so nice, every time I called. I called quite a few times!

I would and will recommend John's Towing to anyone who needs a tow.
