Daniel I Miller PC was my attorney for over 3 years and 8+ hearings. In addition he represented me in countless juvinile and domestic motions and court filings. Through it all he was by my side offering support, guidance, and advice.

I received good straight forward legal advise and he was very responsive to my needs. Phone calls were returned in a timly fashion. The office staff were friendly and professional. Knowledgeable and experienced attorneys provided me with fair affordable prices and fees. I highly recommended them.

i highly reccomend this company they are great people and they get the job done no wating , they answer all your phone calls and does not cost alot of money so take a chance and check them out .

All of the the employees were very helpful during my financial situation. The receptionist was allays pleasant when I called or came in for appoints, Ms. bush was always pleasant when I came in for appoints, and when i spoke to her on the pennant explained things to me that could understand. Ms. Harris was very nice to me and showed real concern for me. I found out I had a garnishment on my check and a co-worker recommended me to this firm. I did not know anything about the bankruptcy process and was a little nervous. The receptionist was very helpful and made me an appointment for that same day. When I sat down with the attorney she answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable as well as professional. The paralegal that helped me with my paperwork was extremely down to earth and made me feel comfortable about going through whole the process. Not only did they stop my garnishment but they also got me back the money that was garnished. I would recommend this firm to anyone! highly recommended

I had a great experience with this law firm. Everyone was very friendly. The attorney I saw was very knowledgeable and right to the point. The paralegal Dawn was very helpful with my questions and paper work. The fees were reasonable compared to others places I went. I would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone.

I would recommend this law firm to anyone. The handled my bankruptcy very quickly and charged a fair attorney fee. The hearing went smoothly, and I had no problems.

I highly recommend this law firm. The attorney was very knowledgable and informative. He gave me all my options, including non-bankruptcy options. I choose to file a chapter 7. They had my case filed in about two weeks, the hearing went smoothly and my debts were wiped out. Everything went exactly how the lawyer described in my first meeting. I got to keep my car and all my stuff. I would recommend to anyone having financial problems.

I used the Virginia Beach ffice. Sat down with someone on a Tuesday. Paid in full on a friday. took my class on monday . turned in my paperwork on a Thur. and waited 1 month and a half to get my case filed. Yet im charged a rush fee. my car was being repoed.... You tell me what you think. The total cost is 3,000. Wow great service.

This Law Firm is one of the worst to deal with. Unfortuneately I have to give these bastards a rating but I would be -100. I STRONGLY recommend not using them. It will be a waist of your time and your hard earn money. These lawyers $500.00-750.00 are not concerned about you or your case, just your money. They don't return phone calls, come court UNPREPARED, If your case takes a little longer than other then they want to charge more money or they just don't finish your case at all and are always trying to take the easy way out. Kim A. Lewis is the worst attorney in that Law Firm period!!!!!!!!!! I have spoke to several individuals that have deal with this Law Firm and they all had horrible experiences from Bankruptcy to Family law. If I could recommend any Law Firm, it would be KRINICK & SEGALL, they are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!! Even though it's costly they are very prepared and takes the time out for every single client they have, it is worth ever single penny. But DO NOT; DO NOT DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF JOHN W. LEE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT USE KIM A. LEWIS.

I do not recommend this law firm because they had misrepresented their services. I had paid a fee to them to start on my case. but when I came in three days later with the paperwork, I was told that they will not start on my case until the attorney fee has been paid in full. Their yellow pages ad states that there is an installment plan, but it doesnt tell you that they will not start on your case until you pay them their attorney fees in full. The receptionist had given me an installation date ending in June which means that I would have to wait all that time to file a case. The receptionist told me that she cannot give my money back unless I write a letter to the law firm. Please dont use this office.
