Went to this dealership to check out a classic chevy vega they had on the lot. Was very satisfied with the good trade in offer they gave me on my car. I ended up making a great deal on the car, and totally love my new wheels. Michael B. and the staff at Jet Chevrolet made sure everything was right on, before I drove away with the car. Dean and Taylor run the repair department and they are the best! Both take their time with checking in and keeping you updated on the repair. Everyone is friendly. When bad news is found about your vehicle.. they come out and talk to you... give you all the options and pricing. You are never forced into any repairs, it's always your decision. But the advise is immeasureable. I have taken my vehicles only to Jet since 2009.

Besides having purchased my last two vehicles from Jet they have some of the best Service and Parts staff I know. Everyone who works at JET is excited to be there and love what they do.

Buying a car at Jet Chevrolet was a painless experience. We were able to trade in our vehicle and get a newer and more dependable car for our family within hours when we deperately needed it and when our finances were, shall we say, not so hot. The financing people were amazing! They continued to try different banks for loans for us until they found us the absolute best deal we could get with our poor credit. Absolutely excellent customer service, we couldn't be happier!

The Sales people at Jet Chevrolet were outstanding. From the internet contact to the face to face. I felt absolutely no pressure that I had to purchase right now. They seem to have lots of knowledge, and seemed genuine to help me meet all my needs. On top of this, even with unique credit scores, they did not treat me any differently.

I worked with Matt eli jeff and dan today and their customer service was beyond phenomenal they were able to get me into exactly what I wanted at a fantastic price and rate I couldn't be happier Matt even drove my other car home with paperwork for my very busy boyfriend to sign so he didn't have to make the long trip thank you guys so very much!!!!!

Horrible customer service , we were the only customers in the store and I still waited 15 minutes to be helped.  When I mentioned to the manager he was confrontational. We bought a 2006 Mazda we were told it was in a light fender bender turns out suspension parts bent . I brought in and they fixed it which thought was good.No they didn't fixed the brakes a bad wheel bearing . And left it with bent suspension parts which needed to be fixed for safety reason. Turns out it would not even pass emissions and I had to pay 600 $ to fix it myself. They told my wife they would refund the money, no they can't answer a call. They sold a junk car have rude sales people and mechanics ask Quilly or Eli for a car fax they won't give one. Quilly was the best out of all them he offered a refund as is a good guy but now it seems like he and everyone there vanished off this planet. If you want UNSAFE car go there

The sale and finance people willing to promise the world to you to get you buying and never come through after that. Never be truthful about anything.



Very disappointed and frustrated to deal with, will never return to this dealer and will not recommend anyone to this place.

Whenever I roll in with my van the service department goes above and beyond to take care of me. Pricing is competitve and they do a thorough job of detecting future problems before they happen. I feel confident that my van looked at from bumper to bumper even during an oil change. I would not take my van anywhere else!
