Our heat stopped working on Thanksgiving day and we had a house full of guests about to arrive in a couple hours. I called James Heating a service technician came out right away, figured out what was wrong and was able to get it fixed in a matter of and hour! He saved the day, our thanksgiving dinner went great thanks to James Heating thank you so much!!!!!

Had service done today by James Heating and the service was superb. I would like to compliment a job well done. The Technician was professional and friendly. He worked on task in a clean and efficient manner. Due to my positive experience, I will recommend James Heating and Air.

Woke up this morning and my heat wasn't working. I called James Heating and they were able to get out right away even with it being a holiday!!! They told me there policy is no one goes with out heat! I am just so impressed with this company I will use them from now on!

They were the only company in town that would come out to fix my heat on the same day. They got here right away, figured out what the problem was and got it fix!!!! Thank you again for your hard work and very reasonable prices!

Terrible installation and worse service. I bought a new heat pump from these yo-yo's...what a rip off...It never worked right UNTIL I called in someone who knew what they were doing...They lied about the install and also lied to cover up why they couldn't get it to function properly. I called Comfort Flow and they had it running perfectly in about 45 minutes...

We have been getting regular service on our furnace and air conditioner for almost 5 years now and couldn't be happier. James Heating & Air Conditioning has always provided timely, professional service at an affordable price. I would highly recommend them.

They don't do a full service cleaning! The filter was filthy when they left! NO NO NO
