Customer design quality is poor. Friend had work done, but I think they over-paid. If you need simple iron work for cheap, then you get what you pay for. If you're looking for nice design, find another iron place to do you work.

I am a general contractor and I just want to commend Jack with Jack's Ornamental Iron for going above and beyond his scope of expectations. Not only was the ornamental iron that was fabricated of best quality and craftsmanship, but extremely reliable and affordable. I definitely will be using and referring their excellent services in the future...

Called this company to get an estimate and the guy who answered the phone "Hello". I asked him if this was a business and he said yes, I asked him his business name and he wouldn’t give it to me. Instead he said, well where are you calling? Then he told me to f off and hung up on me. Why would anyone conduct business in that manner? Why would you answer a business phone “hello”? What if I called the wrong number and needed clarification. That is poor business and unprofessional. They won't get my business and it's too bad for them. I need a gate that cover's an acre of property. I guess they’re doing so well that they can treat people poorly.

When shopping around for quotes for a wrought iron gate and railing... lets just say I always felt like I was being "taken for a ride." After I contacted Jack from Jack's Ornamental Iron who was highly recommended by a friend, I felt totally at ease. They promised quality craftmanship at a reasonable price and believe me, thats exactly what I received. Keep up the excellent work, I will definetly recommend them to all my friends, neighbors and relatives... >';'<

your estimate was extremely reasonable, however your quality and craftmanship was what made me a repeat customer and I've recommended you to friends and family...It's nice dealing with someone in the construction industry where I don't feel like I'm being taken for a ride...Keep up the excellent work!!!
