J&J Tree service did an excellent job removing 2 large trees I had in my yard. They were professional and each had a job to do working well together. I have had many trees removed over the years. I will only use J&J due to the work I witnessed with cleaning, cutting and the safety of each other. Thank you to all. You are the BEST in my book!

They were on time, professional, polite, and the price was great! I was very happy with the work they did.

J&J tree service did a great job for me and squeezed me into their schedule in timely manner since I needed it done sooner. Their price for the arborist report was much less than others had bid and they helped me to get a tree removal permit since i am in an area that requires that. Their work was very good, they worked with my neighbors well, and clean up was excellent. They take away and clean up all of the tree branches and wood. They will leave a neat pile of ground tree stump mulch if you have your stumps ground, because most people want that nice, finely ground mulch, but only if agreed upon before. They do not charge extra for clean up unless you do request tree stump grinding and do not want that ground stump mulch, bec it has to be taken to a different place than the rest of the tree remians. I think they did an excellent job cleaning up and they were nice to work with. No complaining or difficulty when they worked with me, I found them very helpful. ( I am not a part of this company or a friend, I am just a satisfied customer).

BEWARE! Read your estimate very, very carefully with this company. Cleanup to them means a pile of debris - 1 1/2 to 2 feet tall measuring about 3 ft by 4 ft.

To "really" clean up it's another $150. The crew had lots of excuses, and complaints, hardly the can-do approach we had come to expect from businesses in Southern Oregon.

As employee attitudes usually reflect the employers attitude, we were not surprised when the owner's response to our complaint was to blame us, and offer excuses.

We should have gone with another company.
