Tim was a God-send! I had my pipe burst during the winter freeze and after calling all the large company plumbers that charge a fee just to go and see what the problem is, I called J&J. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. She gave me the repairman, Tim, number so I called him directly. But she also gave me a back-up number of a different plumber that would be able to do the job just in case Tim wasn't able to do it. Tim was so courteous and understanding. He showed up between jobs to go and give me a FREE estimate! He said that he would try to get to my repairs later that day or for sure the next morning. By 4pm I called him and he was already on his way to my house. He explained in detail everything he was going to do and started working on it. But then when the job was done he turned my water back on and realized that the pipe next to it was also broken! My heart sank, thinking that he was going to charge double what he had charged since it was a whole other pipe that needed fixing, (like what larger companies do) but didn't. He explained in detail what we needed to do to prevent this from happening again. He insulated the pipes and where the stucco had to be removed from the side of the house (which would have to be repaired once the weather warmed up. I was honestly expecting it to be at least $1000 but it was not, just a few hundred bucks. He was done fixing both pipes in less than 2 hours.
