Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. To their credit, the owner fixed a billing issue to our satisfaction, but that was because our estimate suddenly shot up with the cost of painting our porch (despite being clear about that part of the house being painted as well when we got and signed the estimate). The workers, though nice people, destroyed $500 worth of plants and landscaping in the back with thoughtless tarp placement and pulling. Later on, we had to do our own touch ups and paint repairs on the stairs. They did not use the correct deck/wood paint on our front stairs and only did one coat as a rush job. After just a few months, it is peeling and does not look like we JUST had our home repainted. The owner's email response to our request to check it out and fix it or we'd be forced to be honest about the issues in an online review was to the effect of, "Sure. Review me." Polite, but no real efforts to see what we were talking about. OK then, reviewed. Also: just an FYI, we were asked to deliver a personal check addressed to the owner's wife when we paid because he was out of the country, but looking back that was a bit sketchy. Overall, it's a good company if you're looking to paint your home on the cheap, but it won't necessarily last.
