I have had them install both a wall mount TV (Feb 09) as well as flush mount speaker for our pre-wired home (Dec 09). Both times I got a quick turn around and friendly knowledgable service. The speakers were a suprise for my husband and he did everything right on time and with no hassles for me! Way to go. I would recommend this service and do!

Had these people come out to install my Home theatre system and will never call them back. Before getting your money they answer the phone with a kind voice to build up your confidence then after that good luck. For being "professional" these people come in with no standard uniform, no equipment upfront asking to get payment so they can buy the equipment and make a mess of your home. While doing the install they don't like you to be in the same room or even around possibly to scope out the valuables especially the short bald bug eyed guy. I think his name was John, not sure he seemed sketchy on that part.



After having these people come out I researched this company further on google to see what the real deal is. This company is ran out of house in La Porte, TX (Found it on Google maps). No real building or real company information like the other legitimate companies on yellowbook.



All references, contacts and other such information is fake. Nobody has ever heard of them Except the BBB...



Just goto http://www.bbb.gov and search this company and you will see nothing but bad issues and that they are not an accredited business.

Called for install, Relunctantly waited two days for a reply back from this preposterous nincompoop. After about a week this pusillanimous mollycoddle finally showed up looking very evanescent, but what do you expect for the price. Eventually I rufused his service due to his absurd way of handling business. My wife doesn't dawdle this much nor talk me in/out of one thing as much as this muttonhead.

Does not answer phone. Bogus referrals. I called two of the companies that these guys said were satisfied customers, they never heard of Install Houston. They will come out and install your system, and take your money but after that Good Luck, I have been trying to get them out for 2 months.
