We sold our property at lake Tenkiller and the closing was at Infinity Title in Tahlequah, OK. Late in the closing process we were told of an issue with the title. They resolved the issue however it took 6 days to get the paperwork from Tahlequah to Oklahoma City which caused us to reschedule the closing and turnoff of utilities two additional times.
While we were unhappy with the lack of communication and related stress, we were very happy with Dean during the actual closing. Dean spent extra time explaining what caused the title issue and apologized for the lack of communication. He fully and carefully reviewed each item of the closing documents.

They recently closed my real estate transaction. They made sure all the bases were covered. They were friendly, down to earth and professional in their handling of my transaction. I am impressed and will use them every time!
