The man that owns this company is a rip off. He takes advantage of elderly women and handicapped individuals. He advertises that he charges $75.00 per hour to fix your heater or light your pilot light and that he will prorate whatever amount of time it takes. However when they came out to my house to look at my hot water heater, it tool the service lady only 10 minutes to light it. She said she would tell them she was only here 10 minutes and assured me it was no problem and that she had another client to go to close by. Then I got a bill for almost $40.00. I called to inquire about it and he said they charge a trip fee and that he charged me for half an hour. He said he would talk to his delivery lady and then informed me that she was not in a delivery truck but a service truck and that was the best he could do. I explained to him that I had not worked for two months and that my son was disabled. He did not care that they advertised $75.00 per hour or prorated whatever amount of time they were there. I told him we would be buying all if our gas in the future from Ferrell and hung up. I then called Farrell and found out they were .10 cents cheaper per gallon. Heck that's just like City Market only you don't have to pay $100.00 for groceries. Plus they give referrals for anyone who is sent to them. Switch today and tell them Kathie sent you. Thanks
