From a car loan standpoint - NEVER AGAIN and here's why:



This company has practices that ought to be illegal if they're actually already not. They charge you up to a $15 fee for paying your loan on it's due date (online). They always charge you a minimum of $1.00 to pay online and work up to $15 to pay on your due date from there. They try and act like this is normal. It's not. It actually costs them less to take a payment online than to process a check, but they like to gouge people for every little fee they can so they stick you with this "online payment fee" just for the privilege of accepting your payment. That's bad business practice and left a very bad taste in my mouth.



When you call them to complain about this - the answer was snide, curt and rather blunt.



Well - now that I'm an Ex-Customer - you might be able to stick it to the rest of your customers - but know that I'll never do business with you again. You don't deserve my business.

I almost never feel so inspired that I write review about an establishment or its employees, but I wouldn't feel right if I didn't take the time to do so today. Sam Goff at i-bank midtown is the most attentive loan originator that I have ever come in contact with. I have been banking with Bank of American for 15 years, but after speaking with Mr. Goff, I will most certainly go to independent bank for my banking needs.

I love i-bank and the fact that they know my name every time I walk in is great!
