We bought a new home that he had done the landscape for the original owners.

There were drainage issues, he blamed on the soil, numerous plants grass areas, that have died beause the sprinklers were installed incorrectly. Let's re-state that. There were 3 zones never set up- so no water was ever running. 2 zones that were piggy backed onto other lines so when the zone was on, it didn't have enough water pressure. All the while this guy "claims" to be the only one in our area to get A+ reviews from the home-owners association. It's rediculous that he's even still in business.
