Imperial Helped my girlfriend and I out with a bed bug problem after evacuating from a hurricane. We picked up bedbugs from a hotel when on the road to Georgia. It was quite a terrifying experience, and even though it was a tedious process getting rid of them and costly, Imperial Pest Prevention did a great job handling all of our needs. We are now back to our normal life.

best pest control company around by far. I live in the Daytona area and they well known and do a lot for the community as well. My mom used them before I moved out and I have use them for my home inspection and now that I have my own house, I use them for the lawn spraying and pest control. They always do a great job

great company. not the cheapest I will say, but honest, delivers results, and backs up every claim. The services seem to be much more in depth than our previous company. Highly recommended.

Great company, I needed a real estate inspection on a Sunday after my real estate agent screwed me over and told me wrong dates. This was the only company out there that answered the phone and helped me out at 7:00 on a Sunday morning and had my report ready by noon that day, for this and the professionalism I received, I will never do business with another company, I found the one I am going to stick with

I never write reviews, but I felt the need to in this circumstance. My Grand Daughter was staying with me over the weekend and I had noticed she had little bumps all over her torso arms and legs. My neighbor said they could be bed bug bites and i was horrified. I called three companies and none were open being it was a Sunday. I made my way to this company Imperial and they answered. He came out on Sunday and identified that it was bed bugs. He spend a couple of hours showing me how to prep, what to do, and sprayed a little to help me until I prepared the house. I will say i was not happy spending $500 for a treatment, but I did check the following Monday with other companies and they were more than that. I couldn't believe how expensive these little bugs cost to treat. the problem I think is solved but we have two more applications left. I felt obliged to the company who helped me out on a day when I was petrified and no one else was available to at least let others know about my positive experience.

My condo association was shopping rates, and we contacted this company who I must say was on point and sharp. Hands down blew away all competitors. I am used to the sales pitches all the companies used, but i did a lot of research, and knew the answers to the questions before hand. this is the only company whose representative answered honestly and didn't stumble in our board meeting. Prices were competitive, and we have been very happy, in fact, we even hired them for our lawn and shrubs. I have watched him out the window and no cheating goes on, and we all like the fact that all of the applications include granular products. Now i will say that the lawn is more than other competitors, but you get what you pay for.

The guy john that came out did great work, very knowledgeable about all my questions. My English is bad but he was very professional and courteous. I felt good when he left. He also killed my bad German roach problem after one spray, even told me he will be back out in 2 weeks at no charge. I highly recommend him to others. He told me if I recommend anyone to him he will discount my future services. So if you call him please say that Gregory Jackson told you about him.
