0 stars - Company sent 2 service people to evaluate our central air compressor not starting. They ended up being here for 30 minutes and claimed to “fix" the problem as being loose wires. About a month latter, the same problem occurred and is was not fixable by securing loose wires. This is on top of being charged $300 for the first half hour service call! When I contacted them to address the recurring issue, they asked me “what are you asking for?” and failed to offer to come back and fix the recurring issue that they obviously did not properly diagnose during the first visit. I have sent went with another company that was much more professional and appropriately cost that solved the issue in less time. Please stay away from NON-IDEAL AIR!
