I received a call from my husband at 8:00pm on a Sunday night that our garage door had come off the track and was dangling by the opener. I was working at the time, so I quickly searched online for local garage door servicers. I made a couple of calls and got either a machine or no answer. I then came across Hymer's listing and dialed their number. I was amazed when an actual person answered the phone. I spoke with Tim and I explained my situation. Expecting to hear that he wouldn't be able to come and fix it until the next day, I was shocked when he said he would fix it that night! Tim said he would be to our house in a reasonable time frame and he arrived right when he said he would. It took him under a hour to re-align our garage and adjust a bunch of cheap fixes from the prior owner of our hous/ I was so impressed and relieved, to have someone I could count on to: 1. fix something on a Sunday, 2. fix it at night, 3. fix it fast, 4. guarantee their work, 5. fix it for a great price, and 6. be such a nice guy. Tim was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a new garage door or an adjustment. I will use Tim's services with ANY garage needs I may come across in the future.



**Also a plus...on their website it says they are open 24 hrs, 7 days. Who can beat that?!?!**
