I'm an apex resident and have called Mr. Sullivan on several occasions. His work is quality and I have never had to call back because something they fixed wasn't fixed. This last visit Mr. Sullivan was called to fix my garbage disposal. I was prepared to replace it as we had talked about when I was calling for an appt. The next morning he came a few minutes early and NOT only fixed my garbage disposal but taught me how to do it myself and gave me his special tool to keep. I went to pay his hourly labor rate and he cut it in half. This is an honest company who comes quickly and does quality work. He goes above and beyond. His magnet stays on my fridge!
