After receiving a advertisement in my mailbox for carpet cleaning at 6.95 a room I called the company to schedule to have my carpets cleaned and was told on the phone that it would be $27.00 and I agreed. Four days later they showed up right on schedule this was a girl with her boyfriend working out of a beat up minivan with a portable carpet cleaner in the back. The guy stayed in the van and a girl came in and proceeded to measure all my carpets and now she informed me there is no steam cleaning so the ad said but instead they would use hot water from your bathtub. And now she tells me this carpet needs the deep cleaning and now the charge would be $189 that sure is a big difference. And she now tells me that $27.00 price was for them basically just to rinse the carpet I'd told them no way was I paying that amount she then informs me that she has to get on the phone with her boss who agrees to a lesser price providing I would recommend their company And to find out basically all I got was a basic carpet cleaning no deep cleaning. And a charge for sanitizing my carpet and I watched them every time they filled the machine with hot water thay did not use detergent or any kind of sanitizer. This company should be shut down immediately. Any questions I would be happy to answer.
