I called Honest plumbing after the drain fell apart in my kitchen sink. I called they said they have someone in the area a could be out in 30 min. Wow nice! they made it ontime fixed my sink took them less the 15min. to replace some parts. Great timing. Plumber who showed up was named James, he put a mat down on the floor so he didn't scratch or dirty my floor.

I found Genes add on Craigslist. I think he is the owner of Honest Plumbing Corp. When I first talked to Gene he seemed knowledgeable and eager to help with my plumbing needs. We talked numerous times and we finally agreed on a price and a time for him to come check out my problem. However, when the day and the time came he did not show up. I waited for over an hour. I called numerous times and left numerous messages. When we talked the previous day he had picked up all my phone calls. After getting fed up I left thinking that something might of happened to him. A week has passed and still no apology for wasting my time. In my opinion, this is bad business and will prevent me from calling Gene for help ever again. There are plenty of good reliable plumbers looking for work. Unfortunately I cannot say that Gene is one of them...
