The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Myself being a new on towing, they explained me the best setup for my truck an travel trailer.They are reliable.

We had an excellent experience at the Hitch Corner. We brought our minivan in to have a hitch and brake controller installed. The day I dropped off the van, they called me later on to say the hitch and controller were installed, but the van would not start. They had already called a tech to come out and look at it. It was already near closing time, so we would be without a car throughout the next day. The owner was extremely apologetic for the delay and inconvenience and even offered to lend us his own personal vehicle until the tech could resolve the problem. As it turned out it was only a blown fuse and our vanr was ready the next day. This place was a little but more expensive than what we had been quoted at U-Haul, but the excellent customer service was more than worth the extra cost! I feel confident that, should any problems arise in the future with the hitch or break controller, we will receive the same level of amazing and dependable service.
