Had them out last week and they "offered" me a cash job only to find out they didn't even have a business license. Who does that? I hope they all go to jail for fraud!!!

We had HIL Septic come out on a Sunday when our yard was flooded with seeping septic water. Our system was failing and we did not have very much money. The owner was very helpful and worked with us and replaced our system in a timely manner. He really worked with us and not over charging us. I have recommended him to two friends and a family member and have never heard of complaints from them. I would definitely have them do any repairs again!

DO NOT use this guy to inspect your Septic Tank System. 1st of all I don't think he knows what he is doing! 2nd HIL came out to inspect my system because we are selling our house and King County requires it to be done. This guy determined that our system was failed... ok ya it is failed, but he basically told us that if we didn't use him to repair the system that he would get us red tagged and turn us into the county and that he would design the new system himself as a gravity. basically blackmailing us. So we called another company that is very reputable and they had to put in a sub mound and do alot of work because we have 5 wells in the vicinity and there was alot of design work that had to be done. The county laughed when we told them that HIL said he was just going to send a repair in for a gravity... they would have denied it and made him get a licensed engineer county designer to do this! Take this as a warning Do Not Use HIL....
