Took two weeks longer than promised to fill my order and the direct to garment (dtg) shirts they printed washed out after 4 washes. They also had a problem returning emails and phone calls. Their system seems impressive on the surface, online tracking of your order, etc, but it is utilized poorly , You send the art, it takes a few days to get back with you, they do a mock up , it takes a few days to get back with you, they start to process the order, that takes a few days, then they give it to their workers to be done, that takes two weeks as long as there are no delays. My order took a month and a half to get back. I haven't and won't go back.
