We did not have a good experience. To put it simply, dealing with “Heavenly Oasis landscaping” was more Hell than Heaven. We received very little return for the money we gave them.

The owner (Jon Paxton) started off by showing up 90 minutes late to give an estimate. Then he showed up 2 hours late when it came time to execute the agreement. That should have been enough warning to avoid these folks - but we were stupid and gave him over $7500 to start work on October 3, 2017. They would not commit to an end date but we discussed that the effort would take about 4 - 6 weeks.

Our daily texts, emails and phone calls asking if they would be working today were nearly all ignored - we would usually go 5 or more days without hearing from them. Very disrespectful. When we would finally get a response it was that they could not be there that day, but would be back in the morning. Then that next day it was always a different excuse - truck broke, trailer broke, lost phone (Not certain how that meant he couldn’t show up), worker hurt, the flu, machine broke, pleurisy (seriously? he must have an excuse app on his iPhone).

He showed up 4 or 5 times in 4 weeks - once at 11:45 (technically morning) but most times around mid afternoon only to be on-site for 2 or 3 hours. We calculated that 20 hours of work was done in the month. He left materials in the road and rented equipment go unused. At the rate they were working, we determined our project would take well over one year vs one or two months. On day, we told them to keep the money and not return. We then had to hire someone else to complete the job at a cost of $4200.

If you have an enormous amount of patience and are willing to wait a long time for your project to be completed, then this is the company for you. They are terrible communicators with poor time management skills and are very frustrating to deal with. Learn from our mistake and avoid using Jon or his company.
