EmailWe are a family business started in 1993. We are ARC (Airline Reporting Corporation) certified and can write contracts with the major travel corporations. We are also long standing members with the Better Business Bureau of the Southwest and have an A+ rating. our Director is on the Board of Directors for the BBB. We are members of the HVCB (Hawaiian Visitors and Convention Bureau) and are certified specialists for travel to O'ahu, Maui, Kaua'i, The Big Island, Moloka'i, and Lana'i. We serve the travel needs of 49 States for travel to our 50th State. Our business is focused on leisure travel, but also serves Corporate travel. We are currently expanding our business to accommodate international travelers, and hope to soon provide solutions for travel to many of the other Pacific Islands. Our plans are to incorporate our grandchildren into the business so that they will be able to carry on our tradition for excellent service into the future.Â

I recently booked my family trip thru Hawaiian West Travel and all went smoothly. If I had any issues John was quick to respond and clarify any questions I had. Even after I was at my destination I had an issue that had nothing to do with Hawaiian West Travel and John took care of the issue for me and went above and beyond the call of duty of agency. Even when I told him not to worry about it he advised that we will get me resolution and take care of me that he takes care of his clients like they are family. I would recommend using Hawaiian West Travel.
