I left the message on the google site as well because it just ticked me off that I set up the 2-hour appointment window with Kip Hauser this morning and they never showed, and when I called them, they said they'd check the status and call me right back, but even 2 hours after that, they had not called me back and I called them one final time and they did not answer the phone. I left them a message letting them know I did not appreciate them wasting my time, as I left work 3 hours early today to attend this appointment. I'm guessing this is just some guy that has a plumbing web site but is really more of a fly by night guy that does jobs if and when he finds a little extra time. Certainly nothing professional or reliable here based on my experience today. -Mark
