Went here with my fiancé to help him look for car parts. I was wearing a pair of flats and on the drive he suggested I should have worm sneakers. I looked online and the policy stated, "no open toe shoes (sandals/flip-flops)" I would have stopped at Walmart but beings I wasn't breaking the policy there was no need to. When we got there we were told that I couldn't enter because of my shoes. I mentioned the policy online and he stated, "we changed our policy to sneakers and boots only" Changing your policy is fine but make sure to update your information online for people who use that as a resource. Needless to say I had to sit in the car after driving an hour because you failed to update information!

My husband and brother in law went here today, the employees were completely rude. My brother in law brought his tool box. The lady at the front desk told them to open the tool box and glanced in it and told them to go in. As they were getting ready to pay for the part they picked out, the manager was rude told them to open the tool box and checked the entire box. The manager saw a small car part that belonged to my brother in law and accused him of stealing. They said he came in with it. The manager asked the woman from the front desk who lied and said she didn't see the part in the box. They told the manager that she barely checked their box. The woman in front kept insisting basically trying to protect herself knowing she was in the wrong. The Manager told them they needed to have read the sign and should have known they couldn't bring the tool box. The Manger then stole the car part from them. Since the car part was old and didn't work they let it go. But they were tempted to call the police on the manager. My husband and brother in law said they felt like they were being treated as thugs from the street. This is supposed to be a place of business and they obviously do not know how to treat customers.

Very unhappy customer

I went to pick up a window regulator and apparently my door latch feel into my tool bag. I didn't know it the guy at the window took it from me. I tried to tell him it was mine and accidently feel in. I didn't have time to argue with him so I just left it there. I tried to call but mailbox was full SO BE WHERE

Selling a car to Harry's - I called at least a dozen so-called auto salvage dealers for my 90 Accord and Harry's was 1 of the four that would actually do the tow/pickup on a Saturday (are you frickin' kiddin' me ?). I called a number of both local and nationally syndicated junk car dealers (some with very good reviews). Not only did Harry's do the pickup on Saturday, the driver was exceptionally personable and pleasant to speak with and completely professional. Lastly and most importantly, they offered me by far the most money for the car - $350 - the closest offer to that from only one of the other salvage dealers was $250. Brian J.
