The company operates on a philosophy of personal service, integrity, and value. The values and principles established by Ray early on are still the expected norm. Hargrove Electric has never failed to complete a contract for any reason whatsoever. Never! We pride ourselves on this and the fact that we have never been to court for any business reason. We subscribe to the belief that "if something is wrong, make it right!" This philosophy has served us well, and continues to be the basis by which we conduct day-to-day business.
