Unless you are very careful and gets the detail estimate, he will will ask you to sign a paper. When you ask him he will tell just a permission so that I can work on your property and then do what ever he wants staying for quite some time and gives a bill that you have never thought and expect for the time he spent for the job. When we ask why is charging us before he gives us the estimate. He said you have already signed you have to pay and to finish my job I need materials and you will be another additional amount. So BE Careful of him!! Do NOT sign his paper work before you get explanation and estimate. or you have to agree and write it on his own paper that the estimate will follow suit. Other wise he will reap you off.
