STAY AWAY!!! I paid 225 for my wife to get QUALITY box braids & extensions that would last, took almost 10 HOURS, the lady put WAY to many braids on WAY to small of areas, way to long exetensions.. The hair wasnt prepd and coating irritated the area 5 or 10 hairs ONLY held the braid PAINFULL. tried cutting it short and restyling to no avail. My wife has BEAUTIFUL long natural hair with great edges, she takes very good care of & is very proud. after 3 days had to stay up 1/2 night removing them. The "stylist" refuses to acknowledge, money was paid for a INFERIOR job & theres nothing can do about it. I get the impression that she mistook my willingness to pay that price, she forgot all about what we asked for, did what SHE wanted, and she put soo many braids in my wifes hair its ridiculous and stretched it out all day long. I wasnt a huge job, I PAID FOR HER TO TAKE HER TIME AND DO A GOOD JOB, INSTEAD SHE CRAMMED AS MUCH WORK IN AS SHE COULD AND DIDNT CARE ONCE THE JOB WAS STARTED!

I went here 3/5/2015 on 3/7/15 I had 6 braids come out of my hair. My braids were sliding down they looked as if I had them done for 2 or 3 months. The owner angle told me to come 3/14/2015 to have my hair fixed . First off I got there at 2 they didn't even start until 3:30. The girl did one row around the perimeter told me she had to get he to her husband. How unprofessional. So I called angle the owner she hung up in my face several times. Finally calling back 10 minutes later to say come back next week. I'm will be going down to the court house bright and early Monday morning to start a small claims law suite. I mean if u guys didn't do it right the first time the error should be corrected with no problem. I had to go to another african braid shop,pay additional money to have my hair fixed. Thanks to Amy on ft Caroline Rd my hair is now perfect. DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT IM WARNING YOU VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

My appointment was at 9 but I did not get in the chair till 9:45. When I got in the chair I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my braids. She said ok and proceeded to do the exact opposite. When I said that it is nothing like the picture, she began to tell me how "this will last long" as if I asked her opinion or really cared. She kept stopping for breaks while braiding and then asked for 5-10 mins to go eat. Of course I said I did not agree with that. After 5 hours in the chair, when I informed them that I needed to be gone before 4, she just shrugged her shoulders like "whatever". Lastly, they charged me $200 for added length but I did not see any while others around me paid the same price but theirs was obviously longer.
